Elevated Parking Completes the World’s First Future Proofed Parking Structure

Located at 200 Park Ave. in San Jose California, resides a 800 space mechanical parking system which has been designed to handle future autonomous (human-less) parking and to be removed once vehicle demand decreases in the future.
As shown in the photos, floors two, three and four have floor to ceiling windows. When the system is removed these floors can be used as leasable office space.
The Elevated HZ1 “No-Post” system is designed with no columns to interfere with vehicle parking and is a preferred solution by valet companies.
Built by General Contractor Level 10 for the Jay Paul Company, the garage houses 800 vehicles using valet parking for the above ground floors.

Elevated Parking Corporation and Cron AI Unveil the World’s First Autonomous Parking Lift
This Autonomous Parking Solution, demonstrated at the Detroit Smart Parking Lab, sponsored by Bosch, Ford Motor Co., Bedrock Detroit, the State of Michigan and developed by Elevated Parking Corporation uses the Cron AI 3D perception infrastructure combing state-of-the-art perception technology with deep learning algorithms.
Currently, parking garage valet attendants are required to exit the vehicle they are parking and manually press the raise or lower button each time they park or retrieve a car from the parking lift. This process can be time-consuming, taking up to five minutes for every car parked and retrieved.

However, with Elevated Parking Corp’s innovative PROvalet software app, this cumbersome task becomes a thing of the past. The valet attendant simply checks the driver in using the PROvalet software, which then prompts the attendant with the most efficient parking spot in the garage based on various factors.
As the valet drives towards the lift, the PROvalet software seamlessly communicates with the Cron AI real time 3D perception platform senseEDGE, which provides crucial data in the form of actionable insights to PROvalet, ensuring the safety of lowering the lift. Upon reaching the suggested parking spot, the lift is automatically lowered, eliminating the need for the valet to exit the car and manually operate the lift.
Once the valet parks the car on the lowered lift and safely exits the vehicle, he/she can effortlessly raise the platform using the PROvalet software app. This streamlined procedure saves approximately 3-5 minutes per parking maneuver, significantly improving efficiency. Moreover, this technology can also be integrated with autonomous cars in the future, further enhancing the parking experience as well as pedestrian safety.
With Elevated Parking’s PROvalet software, the Autonomous NoPost lift and Cron AI senseEDGE platform’s accurate, reliable and real-time detection, tracking and classification of cars, valet attendants can now provide a more efficient parking service, saving valuable time for both themselves and their customer.

Elevated Parking Installs the Largest “Over the Drive Isle” Parking System in North America

Out of all the alternative parking solutions (fully automated, stackers, puzzles, robots, etc.), the “Over the Drive Isle (ODI)” parking systems provide typical parking increases around 200% and significant cost savings.
The Douglas Apartments chose EPC’s Elevated No-Post ODI system, which solved challenges posed from budgetary limitations and height restrictions by implementing a parking solution that provides nearly three times the amount of capacity vs traditional methods. Therefore, the garage parks 249 vehicles since 2017, in contrast to a 64-vehicle capacity without an Elevated Parking ODI system.
