The Douglas Apartments chose EPC’s Elevated NoPost ODI system, which solved challenges posed by from budgetary constraints and height restrictions by implementing a parking solution that provides nearly three times the amount of capacity vs traditional methods. This results in a garage that parks 150 vehicles today, in contrast to a 50 vehicle capacity without an Elevated Parking ODI system.
